1. User obligations

You agree to use academy materials, labs, and communications channels only for lawful learning purposes related to the programs you enrolled in. You must not upload customer-owned data, production credentials, or operational identifiers into shared lab tenants. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued for lab access and for notifying [email protected] promptly if you suspect misuse.

2. Acceptance

By registering for a cohort, downloading materials, or accessing restricted resources, you accept these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not access paid resources or attend live sessions.

3. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer matters elsewhere. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

4. Service description

Lharerast Flow Academy provides cohort-based ServiceNow implementation training, mentoring blocks, and related educational content as described on the public site at the time of purchase. We may update syllabi, lab tenants, and schedules to reflect vendor platform changes while preserving substantially similar learning outcomes.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, the academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use training services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, rubrics, templates, and recordings remain the intellectual property of Lharerast Flow Academy unless expressly stated otherwise. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal learning; redistribution, resale, or public republishing requires prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of acceptable use, credential sharing, or abusive conduct toward staff or cohort members. You may stop participating at any time; financial consequences follow the Refund & Cancellation policy referenced in the legal hub.
